My name is Tino Impellizzeri. I was born in Catania, Sicily. I bring with me a lifelong love of food cooked in the Sicilian trandition. My recipies are all home grown, taken from the many years of looking over "Mama's shoulder"and from my chef father, who in turn learned them from their parents back in Sicily.

I regularly return home to Catania and am always updating and bringing back old recipes. You'll find me and my family more than willing to custom cook any dish you may desire.

My name is Barrie Impellizzeri. I was born April 21 1973 and fulfilled a life long dream to move to Colorado after my Navy career. It is there that I discovered my love for the restaurant business as I worked every job a restaurant has to offer.

When the opportunity to open a family restaurant arose, I packed up my skis and moved back to Herndon Virginia!
